  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping destination, weight, and size of your order at checkout.
  • We currently only ship to the UK 
  • Estimated delivery times:
      • Standard: 3-7 business days
      • Expedited: 1-3 business days
    Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

3. Shipping Method

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as Royal mail and Evri
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details.

4. International Shipping

  • Sorry we currently do not offer international shipping.

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
