How long do items take to be dispatched?
Items can take anything between 3-7 working days, at busy periods this may be longer. Dispatch times are updated at the top of the website.
I still haven't received my item, and i expected it by now?
All orders are posted either 1st/2nd class with Royal Mail, orders are usually received within 2 -3 working days (Uk)
Sometimes this may take longer but If your item has not been received after one week please do contact me, and i will look into it!
My item was lost by Royal Mail, What now?
It is very rare for Royal Mail to loose parcels, but if this does happen, I can not raise a case with them until after 14 working days.
It is worth checking with your local sorting office incase the item was missed! 9/10 this is the case!
I don't want my item, can i return it?
Unfortunately personalised items are non refundable.
Non personalised items may be returned but postage must be paid for by the buyer.

I'm Claire, Owner of Charella (formerly Timberscrafts)
Charella was established in 2015 after realising there was a gap in the market for personalising items. Year after year we have grown bigger and better and now 6 years down the line we offer a wide range of items for gifts and the home.
Timberscrafts has been renamed Charella since Feb 2022, a rebrand was needed after branching into home decor, and ready to ship items!
You will still find the gorgeous handmade, personalised items, but you can now also shop beautiful home decor
I take pride and care in my work and would never send something that I wasn't happy with myself. Every thing is checked and double checked until I'm happy. So you are guaranteed a item of high quality.
The small print
Ready made items/home decor will be sent out within 2/3 working days.
Personalised items may take a little longer.
Turnaround times for these items will be displayed at the top of the website.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to to customs
Refunds/returns will not be accepted on personalised items unless item is not as described. If there are any problems please message me straight away and it will be rectified.
If a personalised item is unfortunate enough to go missing in the post, no refunds will be given, instead a replacement will be sent out.
